All Our employees have Bureau of Security and Investigative Services active Guard Card licenses. Currently, we hire only unarmed and armed professionals whose performances are rated high by our clients.

The Power to Arrest Course consists of four (4) hours of training in both of the following:

A. Powers to Arrest     4 hours

Objective:To familiarize and instruct the individual on the training topics delineated at Business and Professions Code section 7583.7, including, without limitation, legal aspects, techniques, liability, and company requirements relating to the arrest of an individual. The training will utilize the Department of Consumer Affairs' Power to Arrest Training Manual and may include lectures, discussion, exercises, and role-playing.

Overview of Power to Arrest Manual and subject matter.
Definition of arrest and discussion on the implications to the subject, the guard and the company.        
Lecture/discussion on escalation and de-escalation techniques in the use of force.
Lecture/discussion in the use of restraint techniques and their implications.
Discussion of trespass laws and implications of enforcement.
Completion of the Power to Arrest Training Manual Test with 100% score in accordance with the Manual's Administering Instructions.

B. Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) & Terrorism Awareness     4 hours

Objective: To familiarize and instruct the individual on the subject matter and observation skills required to identify and report precursor activities to a terrorist event, react appropriately, report the occurrence of a terrorist event, and remain safe while helping control the scene after a terrorist event. The training will utilize the Department of Consumer Affairs' Weapons of Mass Destruction & Terrorism Awareness for Security Professionals course consisting of a Digital Video Disk (DVD), Student Workbook and Facilitator Manual.

Our training includes weapons of mass destruction and Terrorism Awareness for security professionals, and power to arrest.

Weapons of mass Destruction and Terrorism Awareness for security professionals training is intended to take 4 hours total, including 15 minutes break.

​CRIME PREVENTION AND PEACE OF MIND 

A cardinal function of our company is to prevent crime on sites of our clients and to guarantee 100% safety of all clients, and their properties. Our security guards are vigilant, alert, and professional and wield communication abilities to stem out violence and unwarranted behavior and suspicious characters. They monitor CCTVs and patrol clients’ property to detect and prevent crime from occurring. This professional behavior and skill of our guards gives all our clients the peace of mind to carry out their activities without having to worry about their personal safety. Security guards are trained to detect, and prevent crime from occurring at all clients’ properties, that is Ralphs Stores, Food 4 Less stores, shopping malls, Apartment Buildings, Parking Lots, construction sites, and Elite stores.

APARTMENT AND GATED COMMUNITIES

In October of 2007, a series of large wildfires ignited and burned hundreds of thousands of acres in Southern California. The fires displaced nearly one million residents, destroyed Thousands of homes, and sadly took the lives of 10 people. Each year residential fires continue to pose a nightmare to many California residents. In 2011, 45.7% of all fires in the USA resulted from cooking while 12% of fires resulted from heating, and 7.3% resulted from electrical malfunction.  Winning Life Security Guards are fire experts. Fires in the home pose one of the biggest threats to the people of California communities. Over 350,000 home fires occur every year in this country and more than 2,500 people a year die in home fires. Home fire sprinklers are a proven way to protect lives and property against fires at home. Our guards are trained to watch fires and to reset fire panels. They are abreast with the used of the term PASS. They wield the dexterity to watch fires and call Los Angeles Fire Department for prompt action against residential fires. They are vigilant, and prevent thefts, domestic violence, burglaries, vandalism, and safeguard the peace. Batteries, assaults, and undesirable behavior of residents and visitors are prevented.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Furthermore, domestic violence in Los Angeles County is surging.  Winning Life Security collaborates with Managers to mitigate violence in Apartments buildings. This has tremendously reduced lawsuits emanating from disturbing the peace, assaults, harassment and batteries. Patrol has contributed enormously to the protection of life and property, preservation of the peace, the detection and warding off criminals, and regulation of conduct of tenants, visitors and intruders.
 
GROCERY STORES

 The founder, owner, qualified manager, and communication director of Winning Life Security is an experienced security officer with regard to Ralphs and Food 4 Less stores. Research and experience have proven that more than 2000 theft cases are recorded in each store every day. He has over the years and months worked with store managers, and the LAPD to apprehend shoplifters, criminals and unwarranted people. Apart from apprehending criminals, his ability to patrol coupled with vigilance, and alertness has contributed enormously to the prevention of crimes in these superstores. Thus, our guards are abreast with conditions prevailing in stores, malls and many other grocery businesses. Winning Life security guarantees safety of managers, employees and property. CONSTRUCTION SITES

Winning Life Security is 21st Century Security Company that protects construction sites. Guards look out for electric fires, water spillage, and protect tools, and valuables from unscrupulous people. Guards guarantee that no intruders worm their way into sites to cause damage to property or steal away client’s property.

WAREHOUSES

Commercial properties including warehouses are prone to electric fires.  Warehouses are wired to draw high voltages to enhance the productivity of their products. Thus, a little electric malfunction sparks off fires that consumes property worth millions of dollars and may result in deaths. In 2007, 7.3% of all residential buildings resulted from electric fires. Thus Winning Life Security guards patrol, detect fires and report them immediately to the appropriate authority to prevent or curb fire outbreaks. Warehouses are also safe haven for career criminals. In order to prevent the intrusion of undesirable characters who may wield guns or firearms, our guards are security and safety conscious. We check all areas, and make sure that people who gain access to property have entry cards, and permits. Access control is also enforced in warehouses to safe guard absolute security in the premises.

On December 4, 2016 a huge fire broke out in a warehouse in California where residents, and business men and women were holding a weekend party for their families and friends. The warehouse was also used for a temporary home for many displaced Californians.The terrible inferno consumed the entire building and triggered off  high-voltage flames forming huge clouds and billows that engulfed  the skies and nearby homes and businesses. The fire guttered through every nook and cranny of the building killing 36 people. Most of the victims were in their 20s and 30s.

President Obama at the tail end of his presidency issued a statement on the conflagration. "Today our prayers go out to the people of Oakland, California in the aftermath of this weekend's deadly warehouse fire - one of the worst fires in the state's history. While we still don't know the full toll of this disaster, we do know that an American community has been devastated, and many people - including young men and women with their whole futures ahead of them - have tragically lost their lives. I want to thank the dedicated first responders who have been working tirelessly for days to contain the situation, recover victims, and treat the wounded. My Administration is in close contact with our state and local partners on the ground to make sure that authorities have everything they need as they continue response operations and investigate the cause of the fire. Oakland is one of the most diverse and creative cities in our country, and as families and residents pull together in the wake of this awful tragedy, they will have the unwavering support of the American people."

Winning Life Security places High Premium on quality Training for all employees. Quality Training lays a solid security foundation for all security guards working in Grocery stores, supermarkets, Malls, BANKS, Apartment Buildings, parking lots, Retail and Celebrity stores, construction sites, events, Gated communities, commercial properties, Schools, commercial and residential properties, and many other Stores.Unarmed security guards are given the annual 8-hour training to keep them informed about security guards responsibilities, power to arrest requirements, protection of people and employees, prevention of crime, observe and report events procedures. We train them to respond to emergencies and follow protocol. They are trained to deal with people of diverse culturalbackgrounds and wield communication abilities to solve job related problems without having to wear out supervisors and managers with inconsequential issues. Standard verbal and written communication is required to execute their duties correctly. Incidents reports are so vital for third parties such as attorneys, property managers, and employers. Thus, we train them to speak eloquently, fluently, and write legibly and impeccably when dealing with law enforcement officers, superiors, managers, and representatives of their employers.

Armed security officers are given two times annual refresher courses to educate them about the use of the firearm. The firearm must be used only in the defense of one’s life and the life of another person, when there is reasonable cause to believe that there is imminent danger or clear presence of danger to one’s life. We also train them to inform the office of Winning Life Security if an incident or incidents occur that involve withdrawal or discharge of the firearm. They are trained concisely to describe circumstances surrounding the discharge or withdrawal of a deadly weapon and report it immediately to local law enforcement agencies.

Overall, the cardinal responsibility of both unarmed and armed security officers is to prevent crime from happening within manager’s property when in uniform and on duty. In conjunction with Business and professional code sections 7583.6, and 7583.7, all employees of WINNING LIFE SECURITY must complete the 8 hours of specifically dedicated review or practice of security skills in the power to arrest and weapons of mass destruction. This course is mandatory and every employee must endeavor to participate in the course of training. Winning Life Security shall administer the course for free.

​WINNING LIFE SECURITY LICENSE IS NOT ASSIGNABLE

According to business and professional code section 7582.14, the Private Patrol Operator’s license is not assignable. The owner, PPO, and qualified manager of Winning Life Security, Dr. Dominic Adua Nyaaba is the authentic LICENSEE of the Private Patrol Operator's  number 18034 and therefore, whosoever falsifies the name of the company, its license number, and carries business cards in the name of the company and operates in the name and license, or advertises the business in the name and license, when  he or she is not authorized by Bureau of Security and Investigative services, and the Department of consumer affairs under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor or felony punishable for a fine of 10,000.00 and above for damages inflicted on our business. Punitive measures include jail terms up to 10 years in county jail. Similarly, the proprietary private security employer number 634, which is issued in the name of Winning Life Prayer Ministry and in the name of Dr. Dominic Adua Nyaaba, is NOT assignable nor transferable. Whosoever uses our licenses is fraudulent and must be arrested, and incarcerated. 

We reemphasize, THE PPO LICENSE OF WINNING LIFE SECURITY IS NOT ASSIGNABLE.  The Proprietary Private Security Employer number 634 is not transferable. According to section 7582.14, a Private Patrol operator’s license issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services under the jurisdiction of the director of consumer affairs is NOT Assignable. A license issued under this chapter is not assignable whatsoever. Winning life Security shall arrest, request city police, or the FBI to investigate and arrest whosoever steals, and falsely uses Winning Life Security’s PPO and PSE licenses as their bona fide property.

Furthermore, section 7582 of the Business and Professional Code of California prohibits false representation regarding licensure.
“No person shall engage in a business regulated by this chapter; act or assume to act as, or represent himself or herself to be, a licensee unless he or she is licensed under this chapter; and no person shall falsely represent that he or she is employed by a licensee.”

The private security services act allows a licensed Private Patrol Operator to provide contract private security services. Therefore, the PPO of Winning Life Security is not assignable whatsoever and CANNOT be used for contractual assignments without legal endorsement of the contract by the qualified manager, the PPO, and the President of the Company. Dr. Dominic A. Nyaaba is mandaded by the Bureau to receive emails, calls, and faxes or appear in person to endorse all contractual assignments. Any transaction beyond this is fraudulent, malicious, business theft, criminal, a misdemeanor deed, a felony orchestration and the person or group of persons involved must be arrested and prosecuted in the law- court of California for damages. Restitution includes jail term up to 10 years.

​UNLAWFUL USE OF COMPANY'S DOCUMENTS

​It is a violation of the penal code and business and professional code of California to falsify the assignee’s licenses for one’s personal aggrandizement projects and benefits. According to penal code 530.5 PC, Identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in America...and California reports more incidents than almost any other state.“Identity theft is essentially the taking of another person's personal identifying information for use in an unlawful or fraudulent manner.”The law is also couched in the phrase "unauthorized use of personal identifying information to obtain credit, goods, services, or medical information in the name of another person."

Winning Life Security in conjunction with penal code 530.5 PB shall arrest or prosecute any person or group of persons who use the Organization’s EIN, exempt letters, and Franchise Tax Board exempt letter, Article of incorporation and social security number, and Business Tax ID,  Dr. Dominic Nyaaba’s Ph.D. certificate, and transcript, Master’s certificate and transcript, BA’s Certificates, and Transcript , BSIS Guard License, BSIS PPO, PSE Licenses, City of Los Angeles Tax Registration Certificate, Business cards, flyers, telephones, email addresses, fax numbers, Article of Incorporation(s) for their personal aggrandizement projects, If punished as a felony, the culprit shall face up to three years in county jail, and/or a maximum $10,000 fine. If punished as a misdemeanor, the offender shall face up to one year in a county jail, and a maximum $1,000 fine.3 And if the offender is prosecuted under the federal identity theft law, he or she faces increased fines and up to 30 years in federal prison.

​b) “Personal identifying information,” as used in this section, means the name of Winning Life Security, address, telephone number, healthinsurance identification number, taxpayer identification number, school identification number, state or federal driver'’s license number, or identification number, social security number, place of employment, employee identification number, mother’'s maiden name, demand deposit account number, savings account number, checking account number, PIN (personal identification number) or password, alien registration number, government passport number, date of birth, unique biometric data including fingerprint, facial scan identifiers, voiceprint, retina or iris image, or other unique physical representation, unique electronic data including identification number, address, or routing code, telecommunication identifying information or access device, information contained in a birth or death certificate, or credit card number of a person, or an equivalent form of identification of Winning Life Security. The culprits  shall be arrested by law enforcement agencies including local community police, the sheriffs, the FBI, and the secret service. They culptits shall be imprisoned up to 10 years in the state of California.
