Winning Life Security is organized under Public Benefit Corporation Law for Public purposes. The specific purpose of this corporation is to PROVIDE SECURITY SERVICES for public and nonprofit organizations within the meaning of Bureau of Security and Investigative Services licentures and authorizations. All our licenses are current, valid, active, and are approved by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, a division of the Department of Consumer Affairs. The patches and uniforms are all authenticated by the Director of Consumer affairs. The company is also organized for the purposes set forth in its article of Incorporation, which is filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of California, the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and the City of Los Angeles Finance Office.

1. Winning Life Security is a LEGAL California Based- public corporation, which renders security services to companies and Organizations in the State of California. Its article of incorporation is available for inspection and our Entity number is verifiable upon receipt of our documents based on Terms of Agreement.
2. Winning Life Security is authorized by Los Angeles City to operate as a Legal Organization. The City of Los Angeles Tax Registration certificate is available for Inspection depending on the Terms of Agreement. The status of our certificate is ACTIVE.
3. In compliance with state law, the Los Angeles Police Department has RECOGNIZED WINNING LIFE SECURITY as the legal security company that provides security services to business organizations and individuals in Los Angeles and all other Cities in the State of California.
4. Winning Life Security is authorized by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services to operate as STATE PRIVATE PATROL with License 18034. Our permits and Licenses are available for inspection depending on the Terms of Agreement.
5. Winning Life Prayer Ministry, an affiliate of Winning Life Security has STATE Proprietary Private Security Employer License 634.

HISTORY OF WINNING LIFE SECURITY
Winning Life Security was founded in 2014 by Dr. Dominic Adua A. Nyaaba. He is the PPO, licensee, and qualified manager of the vivacious, vibrant, affable, audacious community, neighborhood, and safety oriented corporation. For a period of ten years, he encountered a myriad of catastrophes in his career. He cruised through life with severe pain, experienced disappointments, and encountered woeful, nauseating and embarrassing financial times. He suffered heart throbbing problems in the Los Angeles area until he used his security dexterity to extricate himself from the grip of retrogression. He subdued poverty, lack of growth and and lack of advancement and started experiencing economic boom as his businesses yielded dividends in the 3rd quarter of 2016. The Economic recession that America experienced in the previous ten years plunged him into financial dungeons until his PPO was approved by the Bureau of security and investigative services on September 4, 2015.
As a Ph.D holder, he was paid sometimes a minimum wage and other times a little over a minimum wage. He was tossed around the city as he worked for numerous California business Organizations. He worked for 18 Security companies, five tutoring companies, one university, and a high School. He taught English Language Arts and Math in several schools. Dr. Dominic A. Nyaaba teaches English Language Arts and is a professor of Theology of Winning Life Theological Seminary. He is the founder of the institution. He is a versatile academician, a research specialist, a security specialist, a teacher, a critical thinker, analyst, a theologian, and a communication connoisseur for his four companies. In 2014, he decided to make a judicious use of his academic prowess, intelligence, and knowledge acquisition as well as his writing dexterity in the domain of Security expertise. He applied to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in Sacramento to be processed for the approval to operate in California as a private patrol operator company. It took him 12 months after effective and efficient communication with the Bureau which operates under the jurisdiction of the Department of consumer affairs before a state Private Patrol Operator license number 18034 was issued to the name of Winning Life Security, and to the name of Dr. Dominic Nyaaba as the authentic qualified manager for the company.
As a trained academician, a Linguist, a prolific writer, and having obtained a bachelor of Arts in English and French, CBEST and CSET certificates, passing the PPO Examination was very easy for him. The only problem confronting him was fiduciary and pecuniary. The Examination which was based on Business and professional code of California, the penal code, labor code, Security guard training, Payroll, law enforcement, parking and vehicular control, personality of the PPO, the qualified manager, violations, infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, batteries, Assaults, firearm training, baton training, tasers, harrassments, maintenance of liability insurance, responsibility of licensee for good conduct, address of principal place of business, conducting business at principal place of business, management of business in case of death or dissociation of licensee, grounds for denial of license,, persons to whom license may be denied, divulging information relating to criminal offense to law enforcement agencies,, prohibited acts of licensed private patrol operator, prohibited acts of security guards, as well as a number of other issues were easily handled by his legal and academic information.
Shortly after the approval of the article of incorporation and the application to become a private patrol operator, a Hispanic nightclub contracted Winning Life security to provide security services for the manager and her employees. Winning Life Security protected her premises and prevented crime from occurring in the club, using a metal detector to ward off dangerous, lurking, vicious, ferocious, and marauding criminals.
He passed the Private Patrol Operator Examination on January 8, 2015 and received a congratulatory and welcome letter from the Bureau a forth night afterwards, authorizing his company, WINNING LIFE SECURITY to operate in the state of California as a legal business Entity. Dr. Dominic Adua A. Nyaaba was automatically made the qualified manager, and the operations manager for the business organization.
On September 4, 2015, Winning Life Security was licensed by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services to provide services in the form of contract work for managers and clients as authenticated Private Patrol Operator Company in California with State License number 18034.
It is imperative to emphasize that the private security services act allows a licensed private patrol operator to provide private security services for business organizations and individuals. Winning Life Security is therefore mandated by the Bureau of security and Investigative services to provide security services for managers, corporations, private properties, organizations, celebrities, cities and state businesses.
According to article 7582.3, after a private patrol operator is issued with a state approved license, the business is authorized to become a legal company to engage in security contract work pursuant to this chapter. Per Business and professional code 7583, and for the purposes of this article, “licensee” means a licensed private patrol operator.”
Winning Life Security received its license on September 4, 2015 to engage in the provision of security services for business organizations, celebrities, individuals, commercial properties, residential properties, parking lots, events, Banks, clubs, bars, construction sites, schools, House watching, cities and government entities.
Furthermore, Dr. Dominic Nyaaba is authorized by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services to administer power to arrest Training course, Firearm Training course, Weapons of Mass Destruction course, and Baton Training Course for all his employees. He has a Ten-year experience in patrol, protection, and prevention of crime in the greater Los Angeles area and a Ten- year experience for being one of the most skillful security professionals in his era. He exhibits vigilance, alertness, and wields the ability to respond to emergencies when the need arises. He calls local law enforcement agencies including the sheriffs, the police, Community police gang units, Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI to mitigate crime in his businesses and to protect his neighborhood.
The Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in collaboration with the Director of Consumer Affairs endorsed the legal use of our Badge, the cap and its insignia and the Patch of the Business organization on December 10, 2015. In a letter dated December 11, 2015, the deputy Bureau chief, Connie Bouvia noted, " The Bureau has reviewed the badge, patch, and the cap and its insignia designs submitted for your company and has determined that they meet the requirements specified in Business and Professional code Sections 7582.26, 7582.27 and 7582.28." Hence, Winning Life Security Uniform is approved by the Director of consumer affairs for use in the state of California.
According to Business and Professional code section 7582.14, the Private Patrol license is not assignable nor it is transferable to another individual or to another company or organization. This chapter was added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1285, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1995.) Therefore,all business agreements must be endorsed by the qualified manager, the PPO, the licensee, and the owner, Dr. Dominic Adua A. Nyaaba.
Since January 2014, Winning Life Security has been contributing enormously to business organizations by developing standard post orders for managers, and employees. We have been serving them in the area of human relations, patrol, protection, emergencies, crime prevention, fire prevention, customer service, communication, access control, and training of guards. Prior to the issuance of a PPO license to Winning life security, her affiliate organization, WINNING LIFE PRAYER MINISTRY was approved and licensed in 2012 to operate in the State of California as proprietary Private Security Employer with license number 634. The license number is not transferable. All contract agreements must be endorsed by only the licensee, the owner and founder of the business organization, Dr. Dominic Adua A. Nyaaba.
